WARRANTY STATEMENT
HNF GmbH grants you, the buyer of a new HNF-NICOLAI brand e-bike
3 YEARS WARRANTY
on the absence of defects in the frame and rear swing arm. The warranty particularly covers their functionality and freedom from material or production defects and frame breakage. The warranty period begins at the time of handover / delivery of the e-bike.
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Rather, this guarantee goes beyond our statutory liability for material defects so as to supplement it in your favour.
The warranty shall apply on the condition that you are the first owner of the e-bike. In the event of a warranty claim, the purchase receipt must be sent to our factory together with the frame or the complete e-bike. For this reason, we recommend you keep your proof of purchase in a safe place. Excluded from the guarantee are damage caused by wear and tear, accidents and falls, overloading, improper handling, modification of the e-bike, attachment and conversion of additional components, tuning, competition use, jumps and atypical overuse. The warranty only applies to private use of the e-bike and only for the territory of the European Union.
The warranty extends to the replacement of the defective part. Modifications and shipping costs are not part of the guarantee. Any further claims, such as compensation for damages or loss of use, are excluded under the warranty. Should such claims nonetheless exist for other reasons (e.g. for the duration of the statutory liability for material defects), the claims will of course remain unaffected.
In the event of a guarantee exchange, HNF GmbH reserves the right to deliver or install goods that are functionally equivalent or of higher quality.
Any guarantee will not extend the original guarantee period.
